General Policies
We
are not affiliated with any box office, venue, stadium arena or
professional sports organization. We are in the business of buying
and reselling tickets at prices greater than the original cost
or "face value". Ticket prices can fluctuate and are guaranteed
only after payment has been received. Event dates and time changes
do occasionally occur. Please verify the date and time prior to
the event.
Privacy Policy
In certain cases we require contact and personal
information from our customers. This information is strictly used
for processing orders and responding to ticket inquiries. We take
the responsibility of protecting the privacy of our customers very
seriously. No information will be sold, shared, or rented
out. Security measures have been taken on our site to insure against
misuse, loss and tampering of any sort regarding information under
our control.
Payment Types
Check Payment
The option of check payment is acceptable, if time allows. Money
orders, cashiers checks, company checks and personal checks are
accepted. Check transactions for tickets will be shipped after
the check has cleared, which can take up to two weeks.
Electronic
Transfer Payment
Funds
can be directly transferred from your financial institution to
ours.
Credit
Card Payment
All
major credit cards are accepted. These include: AMEX, Discover,
JCB, Mastercard, Visa (including Bank Check Cards with the VISA®
emblem). In certain instances a credit card authorization form
will need to be completed with a copy of the cardholders drivers
license (front and back) and credit card. This should then be
returned to AET.
Ordering
Online
Orders
For Tickets That Are In Stock
Although our online ordering function is updated numerous times
throughout the day it is not in real time. As a result tickets
displayed are sometimes not available. If a customer orders tickets
that are no longer in stock, we can usually find very similar
seats that are comparably priced. Customers would only be required
to accept tickets that were originally ordered. Credit cards are
not charged if the tickets that were originally ordered are not
in stock.
Advance Ticket Orders
It is possible to order tickets well in advance of their release.
We take orders for seats in general seating areas for events in
which exact seating locations are not yet known.
Our
liability shall be limited to one and a half times the original
purchase price.
Credit
Card Authorization Form
Orders
for tickets that are in stock, which exceed $1000.00, require
a Credit Card Authorization form to be completed by the customer
and returned to us with a copy of the cardholders drivers license
(front and back) and credit card. This is also a requirement for
advance ticket orders over $300.00. These orders cannot be processed
without this completed documentation in our possession. Therefore,
customers should return it as soon as possible. Credit cards with
billing addresses not in the US, despite the order amount, will
also be required to follow this procedure. Incomplete documentation
can lead to order cancellation at any time, even after confirmation.
When
an order has been confirmed, an agent will contact the buyer by
email, phone or fax.
Delivery of Tickets
Generally,
delivery of tickets that are in stock will be within a few days
of order confirmation. Advance ticket orders will be delivered
by a mutually agreed upon date. In some cases advance tickets
orders are not delivered until very close to the date of the
event.
All shipments are sent via FedEX. A signature is required upon
delivery. A physical street address must be provided. FedEX
will not deliver to a P.O. box.

· Federal Express Next Day - $15.00
· Federal Express Two Day Service- $ 10.00
International shipments are also possible in most cases. If
we cannot ship to your location, you will be contacted. Please
contact us for international shipping rates.
We will refund 100% of the transaction if the shipment is lost,
or damaged and tickets are no longer usable.
Delays
and Cancellations
Delay
or Cancellation of an Event
In the incident of an event being cancelled and not rescheduled,
the ticket cost, not including any fees for shipping and handling
will be refunded. This does not apply to cancellations due to
an act of God (weather, earthquake, hurricane etc.), venue structure
issues, war, fire, civil disobedience, any acts of government,
customer inability to obtain transportation, terrorism, strike,
lockout or other labor disputes. There are no cancellations, refunds
or exchanges for delayed events. We are not responsible for time
changes or the rescheduling of an event. If an event is postponed,
the original tickets will generally be honored for the new date
and time of the event.
Customer
Cancellations
The customer cannot cancel their order, receive a refund,
or exchange tickets once payment is received.

seats to some of the biggest college football
games of the decade. Our objective is to
insure that our customers get what they want
at a competitive price while making memories
that will last a lifetime. Because of the popularity
of the Orange Bowl, tickets are difficult to
obtain, especially when it plays host to the
national collegiate football championship. We
have the ability through our contacts to
procure seats to this game, even if they are
no longer available to the public through the
Orange Bowl Committee. Our
experienced sales agents are quite knowledgeable
and can answer any questions pertaining to
policies, delivery, seating quality or
anything else related to the event. |
